The basics of training with us.

Contracting party
For members under 18, the membership contract is with the parent, guardian or payer, not the child. The adult account holder is responsible for keeping contact, medical and emergency details accurate.
Memberships & payments
The selected Kaizen deal covers the named member records for the dates shown at checkout and in the confirmation email. Term passes cover three-month Kaizen seasons: January-March, April-June, July-September and October-December. Monthly memberships are Stripe card subscriptions until Direct Debit is enabled.
Training access
Term and monthly memberships allow attendance at eligible Kaizen classes, venues and disciplines during the covered period, subject to timetable changes, capacity, instructor judgement, safeguarding rules, safety requirements and temporary closures.
Renewals, pauses & failed payments
Term passes do not silently auto-renew. Kaizen may send renewal reminders before cover ends. Pauses on term passes are not routine, but injury, hardship credits or date extensions may be granted by admin at Dan's discretion. Failed, late or expired cover may trigger reminders; the v1 register policy is warn-only rather than automatic class exclusion.
Cooling-off and refunds
Online purchases may have a 14-day cancellation period where applicable. If training starts during that period, Kaizen may deduct the value of classes already attended at the published pay-as-you-go rate before refunding the balance.
Code of conduct and risk
Students and spectators must behave respectfully and follow instructors' safety guidance at all times. Martial arts training carries inherent risk of injury. A waiver and required consent must be agreed before a student takes part.
Privacy and communications
Payment, attendance and reminder activity is processed for membership administration and service messages. Marketing consent is separate and can be managed independently. Stripe, Klarna or wallet options may appear only inside Stripe Checkout where eligible.
